ملخص الدراسة
هدفتالدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى مساهمة النوع الاجتماعي بأنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني فيحماية البيئة (محافظة عدن أنموذجاً)، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيثشمل مجتمع الدراسة منظمات المجتمع المدني ذات الاهتمام بحماية البيئة وعددها( 22)منظمة , واختير العاملون فيها ( مديرين ,اداريين , أعضاء) كممثلين لمجتمع الدراسةمن الأفراد , إذ بلغ عدد العاملين فيها(778), وقد استخدم اسلوب العينة العشوائيةالطبقية لاختيار أفراد العينة , وحددت الباحثة عينتها بنسبة (25%) من مجتمعالدراسة وبلغ عددهم (194) فرداً, وجمعت البيانات من خلال استبانة طوٌرت وبُنيتلقياس أهداف الدراسة والاجابة عن تساؤلاتها. وقد تكونت من قسمين هما: القسم الأولالخصائص العامة لأفراد العينة والقسم الآخر: الفقرات الخاصة بمحاور حماية البيئة (التوعية البيئية والأعمال التطوعية ومناصرة القضايا البيئية ) وعددها (33) فقرة ,وقد وزٌعت على أفراد العينة , استرجعت منها( 185) استمارة بنسبة (95.4%) وحُلٌلتالبيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss.
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج وهي :
1) إنالمستوى العام لمساهمة النوع الاجتماعي في أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني التي لهانشاط بحماية البيئة كانفي المستوى المتوسط بمتوسط حسابي (2.02) نظراً لأن أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدنيمازالت لم تصل إلى الدرجة العالية بسبب حداثتها.
2) إنمستوى مساهمة النوع الاجتماعي في أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني في مجال التوعيةالبيئية كان في المستوى المتوسط بمتوسط حسابي (2.04) نظراً لإدراك النوع الاجتماعيبالمساهمة في أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني للتوعية البيئية وأهميتها .
3) إنالمستوى العام لمساهمة النوع الاجتماعي في أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني في مجالالأعمال التطوعية كان في المستوى المتوسط بمتوسط حسابي (2.00) وذلك بسبب تدنيتشجيع الشباب والشابات للانخراط في الأعمال التطوعية وبث روح العمل التطوعيوالحفاظ على البيئة فيهم.
4) إنالمستوى العام لمساهمة النوع الاجتماعي في أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني في مجالمناصرة القضايا البيئية كان في المستوى المتوسط بمتوسط حسابي (2.03) .ويتضح أنهناك مساهمة مازالت بسيطة في مناصرة القضايا البيئية وأنه يحتاج إلى جهدأكبر من طرف منظمات المجتمع المدني في توجيه الشباب وحثهم على المساهمة بشكل أكبر.
5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالةإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ) في مساهمةالنوع الاجتماعي بأنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني في حماية البيئة تعزى لمتغير(النوع والمستوىالقيادي وسنوات الخبرة ) ,بسبب شعورهم أنهم يساهمون بشكل فعال في أنشطة منظماتالمجتمع المدني في حماية البيئة .
Abstract
The study aimed atidentifying the level ofgender contribution in the activities of civil societyorganizations inprotecting the environment (Aden Governorate as a model). Thestudy used thedescriptive analytical approach. The population of the studyconsists of civilsociety organizations that have an interest in protecting theenvironment, theywere 22 organization and the number of their employees were778. The simplerandom sampling method was used to select employees working insuchorganizations by (25%). The percentage in total represents 194 employees ofthesize of the population of the study. The sample consisted of (16/8.6%)chairmen of organization; (54/29.2%) administrative employees and(115/62.2%)members.
A questionnaire wasused as the tool of thestudy. It consisted of two sections: the first sectioninvolves the demographiccharacteristics of participants of the sample, and thesecond section involves33 items focusing on the environmental protection areas(environmentalawareness, volunteer work and advocacy for environmental issues(
The study hasprovidedfollowing findings:
1-The general levelofthe contribution of gender in the activities of civil societyorganizationsthat have environmental protection activity was at the mediumlevel with anaverage of (2.02). The activities of civil society organizationshave notreached the high level because of their novelty.
2-The level of thecontribution of the gender inthe activities of civil society organizations inthe field of environmentalawareness was at the medium level with an average of(2.04). This due to the recognition of the gendercontribution to theactivities of civil society organizations withenvironmental awareness and itsimportance.
3-The general levelofthe contribution of the gender in the activities of civil societyorganizationsin the field of voluntary work was at the medium level with anaverage of2.00, because of the discouragement ofyoung people andyoung women to engage in volunteer work and instill in themthe spirit ofvolunteerism and preservation of the environment.
4-The general level ofthe contribution of genderin the activities of civil society organizations inthe field of advocacy ofenvironmental issues was at the medium level with anaverage of (2.03). It isclear that there is still a simple contribution toadvocacy for environmentalissues and that it needs more effort by civilsociety organizations to guideyouth and encourage them to contribute more.
5-There were nostatistically significantdifferences among the responses average of the participantsof the study sampleat the level of significance (0.05) in the contribution ofgender to theactivities of civil society organizations in environmentalprotection that wereattributed to the variables: (gender, leadership level andyears of experience).This is due to feeling that they contribute effectivelyto the activities ofcivil society organizations in environmental protection.
